Thank you for choosing FunTown Inflatables for your upcoming event! We want to ensure that everything runs smoothly on the day of your event, so we have put together a list of things to know and do before our arrival.

REMAINING BALANCE: If you only paid the deposit for your rentals, the remaining balance is due no later than 3 days prior to your event. This helps us ensure that there are no delays in delivery.

Here are some things to keep in mind-

  • Guest Safety: Your guests’ safety is our foremost priority. Please adhere to all safety guidelines provided by the manufacturer and our team.

  • Delivery: Ensure someone is available at the site to receive the bounce house within the agreed delivery timeframe.

  • Weather Conditions: Monitor the weather forecast. In case of rain or strong winds, consider postponing your event to ensure safety.

  • Weather-Related Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your rental due to inclement weather.

  • Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Access Requirements: Ensure a clear and accessible path for our delivery team, requiring an entryway of at least 36 inches in width.

  • Installation Site Preparation:

    • Ensure ample space for the bounce house, with a flat surface cleared of rocks, sticks, glass, pet waste, and other debris.
    • Avoid low-hanging branches, power lines, or any obstacles that could hinder setup.
    • If there are specific setup instructions or desired locations, please inform us beforehand.
    • Notify us of any underground utilities or sprinkler systems in the setup area.
    • We recommend setting up the bounce house on grass or a soft surface rather than concrete or asphalt.
  • Pets: Please inform us about any pets in the area. We cannot set up the bounce house if pets are present.

  • Supervision: A designated adult must supervise the bounce house at all times during use.

  • Usage Rules: Before entering the bounce house, all children must remove shoes, glasses, and jewelry.

  • Rental Agreement: You will be required to sign a rental agreement, waiver of liability, and proof of delivery before use.

  • Liability: We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur during the use of the bounce house.
